# How to Contact Lee Enterprises Customer Service

**Lee Enterprises is here to help with questions about your advertising account, invoices, statements, payments, and campaign activity.**

**What customer service options are available?**

Depending on your question, you can contact Lee in several ways:

- **Finance Department:** 1-800-798-1717
- **Your Lee Sales Representative:** Contact your representative directly for questions about your advertising campaigns, products, schedules, or order details.

Your monthly statement also includes current contact information and payment instructions for your account.

**Why would I contact Customer Service?**

You may want to contact us if you have questions about:

- An invoice or charge you do not recognize.
- Your monthly statement or Total Due.
- A payment that has not yet appeared on your account.
- A credit, refund, or adjustment.
- Your customer account number.
- Access to the Lee customer portal.
- A campaign, product, or advertising schedule.
- Updating billing or account information.

For questions specifically related to what was ordered or how a campaign is running, your Lee sales representative is often the best place to start.

For questions about balances, invoices, statements, payments, credits, or other account activity, contact **Advertising Billing**.

**What should I have available when I contact Lee?**

Providing a few pieces of information can help us answer your question more quickly.

Whenever possible, have your:

- **Customer Account Number**
- **Invoice Number**, if your question relates to a specific invoice
- **Campaign Number**, if your question relates to a particular advertising campaign
- **Statement Number**, if your question relates to a monthly statement
- A brief description of the charge, payment, or issue you are asking about

You can find many of these reference numbers directly on your campaign confirmation, invoice, or statement.
